Please note that at Natural High, our aim is a far more personalized service that is not available at the larger fasting facilities. You will never share your time at Natural High with more than 5 other people, unlike other establishments which cater for up to 80 fasters. Whilst our prices are on occasion higher than our competitors, we can assure you that there is no other retreat in South East Asia that offers the level of care and attention that you will experience here.

The Amazing One Day Detox (click here for booking enquiries).
The one day intensive detox is inclusive of all supplements, detoxifying drinks and vitamins. Also included are three colemas, plus free colema tip, one intestinal massage and one free herbal sauna.
The 31/2 day semi-fast includes all supplements, detox drinks and vitamins. Twice daily use of the colema room plus free colema tip, one intestinal massage and one free herbal sauna.
The Natural High 7 day fast includes all detox drinks, supplements and vitamins. Also included is twice daily use of the colema room plus free colema tip and a flora grow implant on the final day. You also recieve one free intestinal massage and one free herbal sauna.
If your schedule permits then we strongly recommend that you read The Tao of Detox by Daniel Reid which is an extremely informative guide to fasting and detox and will help to ensure that you get the most from your time with us.
Any of the above or a tailor made programme can be conducted as part of our “Total Privacy Programme”.
If you don’t fancy sharing your time at Natural High with other fasters then our “Total Privacy Programme” is for you. Natural High Retreat – a 100 year old Thai house & its grounds with balinese bathroom, massage sala, steam room & cedar wood tub is available for yourself and a party of up to 3 friends or colleagues. Be good to yourself in total privacy at our beautiful secluded beachfront retreat.
